The title of this paper conveys to the audience a discussion on the topic of who decides right or wrong on the topic of human cloning. The mention of the subject on human cloning is sure to spark the curiosity of many readers. The visual aid assists in capturing attention by giving a brief snapshot on the history of the field. It serves to both inform readers of what has happened and simultaneously force them to realize that the subject presented is not far from reality.
